What we collect

• When you book a walkthrough: your name, email, phone number and any notes you enter. Booking runs through Google Calendar appointment scheduling.
• When you call our demo line: the call is recorded and transcribed by our voice AI provider so we can review and improve the demo. Your phone number is logged.
• When you visit the site: basic visit data such as pages viewed and device type, from our hosting provider.
• For our customers' callers: when a homeowner calls an HVAC company that uses APS Pros, we process the call recording, transcript and the details the caller gives (such as name, phone, address and the problem) on behalf of that company, to book the appointment and send confirmations.

How we use it

• To schedule your walkthrough and follow up about our service.
• To answer, book and confirm calls for the HVAC companies we serve.
• To review call quality and improve our service.

We do not sell personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

• We send text messages such as appointment confirmations and call details related to a call you made.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that help us run the service (phone and texting, voice AI, calendar and hosting), only as needed to provide it.
• The HVAC company you called, for calls made to that company.
• When required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep call recordings and booking details only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our obligations, then delete them.

Reply STOP to stop texts. Call or text us to ask about, correct or delete your information.
